9)On your move-in day, MKC Partners will conduct a pre-move in inspection and search the property for any existing damages. Any existing damages will be recorded, with pictures taken to prevent any claims when you move out.

10) MKC Partners will explain how all the appliances work and brief you further on the neighborhood and how to settle in even more smoothly in your new home.
